Cat was raised in Seattle, and has been practicing as a Physical Therapist since August of 2020. She has experience working as a fitness coach and physical therapist for runners of all distances, young athletes, and post operative care for cervical and lumbar spine, shoulder, hip, ankle and knee. She believes strongly in educating her patients to understand the why behind a treatment plan, in order to provide confidence in her patients and return them to their activities, sports, and movement goals. Outside of the clinic, Cat enjoys running in the city and trails, playing co-ed soccer, hiking and fishing, and cooking at home with her partner.
