Postpartum Fitness Package


Session 1: Saturday, June 1, 1 hour 1:1 between 12pm-6pm
Session 2: Thursday, June 6, 1 hour group training
Session 3: Thursday, June 13, 1 hour group training

Sarah Kaiser, Physical Therapist and Sue Gallas, Personal Trainer and mom of five

Class includes a 30 minute pelvic floor assessment with Sarah Kaiser, and 30 minute one on one postural assessment and movement training with Sue Gallas.


Additional group sessions will include education on stretching and strengthening tailored to your posture type, movement training including hip hinging, squatting, and lifting, functional training including nursing, picking up, holding, and carrying baby, carrying and loading a car seat, and pushing a stroller.

Once you make your purchase, you will be provided instructions to schedule your initial one hour appointment  between 12-6pm on Saturday, April 13th.
