Elisa has over ten years of clinical experience as a physical therapist in the Seattle area.  She specializes in orthopedic manual physical therapy along with movement and motor control training to treat a wide range of orthopedic pain issues with a focus on neck, shoulder, hip and low back pain. She also has a special interest working with adult and young athletes who are recovering from sports related injuries.

Elisa has dedicated extensive time outside of the clinic studying advanced manual therapy techniques. She was awarded the title of Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) in 2011. She also completed a year of training in the ConnectTherapy approach developed by Dr. Linda -Joy Lee and integrates these principles into her practice.

Elisa received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Montana in 2005. She also played Division I soccer which earned her a scholarship as an undergraduate. Through her participation in college athletics Elisa gained a fascination for human biomechanics that influenced her desire to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Raised in rural northern Idaho Elisa has an appreciation for the outdoors and continues to maintain an active lifestyle. She enjoys running, mountain biking, hiking and snowboarding.  Outside of work she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling which has taken her to many places around the world.
