Union Physical Therapy is a cooperative private physical therapy practice owned and operated by Mitch Owens MSPT, CMPT, Elisa Scherb DPT, CMPT and Andrew Eisen DPT. All major insurance plans are accepted as well as motor vehicle collision insurance (PIP), and labor and industries insurance. Scheduling is available online. If you have any questions about scheduling please feel free to contact us for assistance. The office is located in Wallingford and easily reached by car or public transit.
